Amanda Aoki is the founder and creative force behind RAVOK Studios, a production company born from the urgency to tell stories that actually matter—and to hand the mic to those who’ve been overlooked too long.

A Brazilian born and raised actress, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles, Amanda moved to the U.S. on a mission make art. What she found instead was a broken system where stories like hers were misunderstood, minimized, or erased. So she stopped waiting for permission and started building her own platform.

By 23, Amanda had already developed a horror franchise, led international productions, produced proof-of-concepts, walked through Cannes, and mentored young filmmakers to find their voice. She built RAVOK as both rebellion and refuge: a place for fiercely emotional, psychologically rich, and genre-forward storytelling—backed by authenticity, ownership, and authenticity.

Her work is informed by her own lived experience navigating ADHD, bipolar disorder, immigration, and the constant push to prove herself in a system that wasn’t built for her. Amanda’s voice as a creator is emotionally intelligent, unfiltered, and unapologetically human.

Through RAVOK, she’s rewriting the rules of who gets to tell stories.
